Inframark Business Intelligence Analyst in Coral Springs, Florida

Job Description

A Business Intelligence (BI analyst) is responsible for analyzing data that is used by a business or organization. Data used in BI generally supports decision-making. The BI analyst works with this kind of data to maximize its utility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques

Articulately and concisely explain the implications of complex data

Develop and implement reports based on user criteria, expertise and experience

Develop and implement data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain, optimize and administer databases

Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business goals and needs

Work alongside vendors to design and implement technology projects end to end

Develop and implement specialized reports for end users

Provide administrator level support and development for applications, including but not limited to IPS, Navigator, NetSuite, Jet Reports, SharePoint, Citrix, VMS

Collaborate to perform data and process analyses as required

Procure buy in from stakeholders

Define requirements and provide simplified explanations

Synthesize data and feedback from users, clients, and management

Contribute to short and long-term goal setting

Develop action plans and aide in accountability

Collaborate regularly with various teams, including finance, HR, procurement, recording and operations

Develop, analyze, and modify processes, data structures, and models

Interact with clients to evaluate products and performance

Always maintain objectivity to ensure processes and products are relevant and accurate

Make data-driven decisions and recommendations

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND.SKILLS :

Education/Experience : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required, minimum of 2 years’ experience working in analytics or relevant field

Technical : Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, databases, web-based applications. Experience in data models and reporting packages. Keen eye for details and aptitude for working with data.

Communication : Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and presentation skills.

Problem Solving & Quality : Strong problem-solving skills. Highly accurate and organized in all tasks, ability to prioritize tasks, pays attention to detail. Identifies & solves problems. Shares suggestions to improve quality & productivity.

Managing for Results : Works independently with minimal supervision. Takes projects to completion. Follows all company policies & SOPs. Proven experience as a collaborative team player. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Leadership & Initiative : Demonstrates a positive attitude. Acts in accordance with company vision, mission & values. Takes accountability for own performance. Willing to take on additional assignments. Seeks out opportunities for development.
