Inframark Financial Planning Analyst in Horsham, Pennsylvania

Overview

JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE

The FP&A Analyst is responsible for supporting the consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role will report to the FP&A Manager and is located in Horsham, PA.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates and generates the monthly Board and Corporate reporting packages, works closely with senior management while gaining an operational understanding of the business.

  • Generates and consolidates monthly results for the entire regional and overhead (SG&A) business segments with specific focus and analysis on budget/forecast actual.

  • Prepares the annual budget and forecast for the overhead (SG&A) departments.

  • Assists in the preparation and the audit of consolidated U.S. GAAP financial statements for external users

  • Supports FP&A team through budget and rolling forecast template development, and overall enhancements.

  • Validates and uploads the full budget data into the ERP system on an annual/quarterly basis or as needed.

  • Supports special projects (i.e. critical ERP go-live support, SOP development/maintenance, SmartView templates etc.).

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Education/Experience : BS Degree in Accounting and 2-4 years of experience.

Technical : Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (more importantly MS Excel). Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and Microsoft Suite.

Licenses/Certifications : Valid Driver’s License.

The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
