Inframark Legal Administrator in Horsham, Pennsylvania

Overview

The Legal Administrator will assist the Corporate Legal Team with legal documentation and reporting as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties for the legal team

  • Organize legal documents related to corporate compliance, contracts, litigation, insurance claims, and related matters

  • Assist in coordinating the collection of data and documents for regulatory actions and in response to discovery requests

  • Independently prepare revisions and changes to documents, based on recommendation and discussion with the Team

  • Establish and maintain files

  • Develop and maintain legal document databases

  • Prepare and distribute special reports

  • Compose emails, letters and correspondence

  • Maintain department calendar and monitor critical dates

  • Respond to requests for information

  • Assist with organization and maintenance of all legal documentation

Qualifications

  • Associates DegreeBasic understanding of relevant legal documents and litigation

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a corporate legal department

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate issues; ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
