Inframark Marketing Coordinator in Katy, Texas
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in creating and delivering marketing concepts and activities along with development of social media content and website postings. This position is specific to the Infrastructure Management Services team and will report directly to the Vice President of Management Services.
Marketing: Assists in developing strategy and creating/implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, such as adverts and other marketing collateral (i.e., brochures/surveys/postcard mailers, etc.). Analyzes and develops tier-based promotional program including ideation, sourcing, inventorying and distribution of promotional items. Writes/edits, and optimizes marketing materials (i.e., brochures and sell sheets).
Tradeshow/Meeting Planning & Analytics: Liaise with Business Development Team to define targeted goals and objectives for each tradeshow/event. Coordinate and implement event plan logistics, budget and follow up. Identify thought leadership/speaking engagements that align with marketing strategy and coordinate company’s participation. Capture, track, and communicate leads and progress; analyze data for leads versus sales generation. Track and analyze all tradeshow-related associated costs, interpret data, develop measure of ROI, and craft annual tradeshow success report with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Social Media Monitoring and Content creation: Assist in the development and implementation of social media content including client interviews, news blogs, videos, best practice and industry or organizational news content. Assist in monitoring, tracking and coordinating responses to social media activity.
Assists VP with special projects.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education/Experience : AA Degree in Business or Marketing and 1-22 years of experience.
Licenses/Certifications : Valid Driver’s License.
Technical : Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Market research, data analytics and project management skills. Knowledge of water/wastewater industry preferred.

The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
